ToAki is a free personal tracking software that runs on your mobile phone and that allows any authorized person to visualize your position with 10 seconds of delay.
Besides the current position, the software allows the visualization of the entire user track, from the beginning to the final position,
The tracks can be viewed in the site www.toaki.org or directly using the Mobile Phone software.
From an application installed on the mobile phone, the site receives in real-time the user position.
This position remains accessible to be visualized by only the people explicitly allowed by the user.
The permission to visualize a track can be given permanently to another user or can be given ad-hoc to any internet user by using a Visualization Code
The Visualization Code allows any person, registered user or not, to visualize only the track shared by this specific visualization code.
The Visualization Code is generated by the mobile application and can be sent automatically to the desired viewer's email or mobile phone (using SMS).
When a person visualizes a track that is still being made, the tracked user receives an on-line notification on the mobile phone telling him who is currently tracking him. The software also allows the viewer to send an instant message to the tracked used.
